Shipping Info

Once you have completed your order you will receive an e-mail from dearitsfriday.com with your order confirmation and invoice. In case you do not receive it, contact us at shop@dearitsfriday.com. Please check your Spam folder in case you do not see it! Once your parcel is shipped out, you will receive a new email with the tracking information (if you selected tracked shipping method).

Shipments are made from London, UK. Please be advised that due to unpredictable strikes, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. My studio is only operating a limited amount of time in a week. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. International deliveries may take longer than usual. Delays may exceed 20 days in most of the international shipments. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
