Hiya, I’m very sorry that I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, since I’m an independent artist, and every piece of artwork was made by myself.
I make sure all items are checked carefully before sending them out. I understand the exhausted mail carriers might handle them incautiously, and there might be imperfections in the artwork. I am sorry to say it, but please embrace the imperfection you can. (Life is full of surprises and flaws, right?ヾ(*´ー`*)ﾉ゛) Thank you so much for your understanding.
